The Ice Cream Palace on Walnut St. just south of East 13th in Over-the-Rhine closed quietly. Was it just another casualty of this neighborhood in transition? I don’t know the story, but I’ve always liked this homespun psychedelic sign, and their ice cream was pretty good, too.
