Chicago Cultural Center by Shepley, Rutan & Coolidge
The Chicago Cultural Center, wow! Where to even begin? Designed by Boston architectural firm Shepley, Rutan & Coolidge, the building opened in downtown Chicago in 1892 as the city’s central library.
