Quaker Oats Ghost Sign in Baltimore
I spotted this barely legible Quaker Oats ghost sign on the corner of Edmonson Ave. and North Mount St. in Baltimore. I’ll take a row house with a side of ghost signage, please and thank you.
I like the one on the north side of the Denison Hotel better. Even if it is harder to see.
This is the one you’re referring to, right?
This is a pretty sweet one I spotted in Indianapolis — Quaker Oats plus other faded layers of signage.
Really, I took this photo because I really like the lines of this corner row house, plus there’s a ghost sign, even if it’s not the coolest specimen.
Yes, and that one in Indy is a beaut! Great find! (And you don’t need to defend anything to me.)
Great general capture of dereliction in effect. Hopefully a use will be found for this beautiful building.
It’s a great-looking building. If I only I had a bunch of money for rehab…
