  1. Can you really quantify eccentricity, or even stress? Even if the numbers don’t tell the story, I still agree with this town finishing number one on the crazy list. Our citizens intensely resent mass transportation. They avidly follow an NFL franchise that has ripped off the taxpayers more completely than any “jobs for tax abatement” corporate scammer ever has. And the last 6 to 8 years have seen a virtuoso displacement/relocation of several thousand domiciled and homeless poor people. Not to mention Cincinnati was the only local TV market, pre-cable, the could have supported Bob Shreve’s broadcasts for as long as it did. Where else?

  2. Sure, you’re right that it can’t exactly be measured. These metrics, further, are a bit silly. There’s plenty of craziness in Cincinnati, but I also hear of such absurdity of other places that I’m not sure this one is so special, even in this dubious regard.
