I spotted two ghost signs in an alley in downtown Billings, MT, just off North 29th St. between 2nd and 3rd Ave. North. The Centaur Inn sign is sweet, and the other is one of several Pepsi signs I saw in Billings.

There’s a plan to turn this alley into a pocket park and, from my cursory wanderings around downtown Billings, it seems as though the area could use some more green gathering places.

Beautiful separately, but together, they do clash a bit.
Yeah, the only visual connection is the consistent height. The Pepsi sign is fine — it’s always the same, of course. The Centaur Inn sign is freaking awesome, especially the lettering.
