Ahh, this is my favorite bit of VL news in a long time! After months of development, we’ve finally launched two sets of sachets — cedar, seen above, and lavender, shown below. The concept is all me, Michael drew and screenprinted the pretty cedar and lavender graphics, and our trusty seamstress sewed and stuffed the sachets.
Each set of three sachets features a combination of yarn-dyed linen [in orange with pink and yellow threads or purple with blue and red threads] and an oatmeal linen, with contrasting screenprint, ribbon and serger stitching.
Each sachet is different. One features the graphic on yarn-dyed linen [backed with the same linen]. The middle one in the set is oatmeal linen and includes a ribbon so it can be hung on a hanger or doorknob. The third sachet is a mix of the two linen colors.
You can order your own set of cedar or lavender sachets in our online shop or, if you’re in Cincinnati, pick them up in person at MiCA 12/v on the corner of 12th and Vine Sts. in Over-the-Rhine.
