Filip Dujardin is a photographer based in Ghent, Belgium who constructs surreal photo montages of structures and built environments. His impossible architecture begins with models of his own design which are then digitally constructed using his photographs of Ghent buildings.
Dujardin’s work reminds me of the photo montages of Leigh Merrill, another photographer based in a famously picturesque city, this time San Francisco:
