Above: you can just put Long Island away in your drawer, as if it’s not even part of New York State. Below: all the small islands of Rhode Island can be used as miniature cutting boards for… kids or dolls, maybe? Wouldn’t the islands of Hawai’i make for an even more interesting cutting board?
