Accidental Aphorisms Prints

Accidental Aphorisms is a new collaborative project by VisuaLingual, available as a series of unframed prints via Etsy, or framed at MiCA 12/v in Over-the-Rhine. The background is a white halftone of clouds, while each message is an assemblage of bits of commercial signage found in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood of Cincinnati.

And, to clarify, VisuaLingual was always intended to be a partnership. In recent months, I’ve been the one with the time and inclination to put work out there, which led to my adopting the moniker for my blog. Really, though, the ideas found at Just for View and here commingle and become one under the nom de guerre VisuaLingual, which is generally [and ideally] a collaborative effort.
