How cool is this Art Moderne corner building?
The sign above the front door is advertising a demolition company. According to this article, the building will be partly demolished, renovated and restored to become the Lennox Hotel:
Reminds me of an Eddie Izzard bit: “When we’re finished, this building will be restored to what it looked like FIFTY YEARS AGO!” “Impossible! No-one was alive back then!”
