Here’s a recent addition to the ongoing bike rack project from Cincinnati-based ArtWorks — this one by Carolyn Watkins is located on Walnut St. in front of the YWCA downtown. The forms seem to be women’s heads with flowing hair. There are several other Queen City Art Racks around town, including the Convention Center, Coffee Emporium on Central Parkway, and the Clifton Cultural Arts Center.
