I almost never photograph tile unless it includes lettering, preferably for a long-gone business. This particular entryway, at 1603 Main St. in Over-the-Rhine, Cincinnati is so pretty and patterned that I have to share it anyway.

This new ArtWorks mural was designed by illustrator C.F. Payne and executed by a team of teen apprentices under the care of lead artist Jenny Ustick. It includes figures from public television, entertainment, and the performing arts, as well as some Cincinnatians [including Mr. Redlegs].
