Thanks for the post about art in empty stores in Norfolk. I wish there was a program that did this all over Metro Cincinnati.
Something like this has been in place on Main St. in Over-the-Rhine for at least the past year. I think that effort is spearheaded by Urban Sites. Just announced is a similar program on Vine St. in OTR, which was initiated by ArtsWave. So, there is a bit of that in Cincinnati.
