The British Garden at Hanover Square is a new park in lower Manhattan that commemorates the British lives lost during the attacks of 9/11 and celebrates British and American “ties of friendship and unity.” Its motto is “Reflect, Remember, Rebuild…” and the space is appropriately contemplative and somber.

Actually, these are “miniature urban sculptures” by Alan Wolfson, but they look like mini sets from Taxi Driver to me. Wolfson is an artist who has also created architectural models and visual effects for film.
