It rained during the Reds Opening Day Parade a year ago. This year, the rain was accompanied by a fairly bitter cold, which kept the crowds down, but the few hardcore revelers were rewarded with the usual pomp and silliness.

Well, San Francisco-based artist Liz Hickok seems to have taken that idea a bit further, rendering her entire city in Jell-O and documenting the results in photographs and videos [including one of Telegraph Hill during an earthquake!].
