I love that Symbiotic’s installation capitalized on the hegemony of the gallery while thumbing its nose at it a bit, too. It provided a bit of mischief and surprise, plus a great boost to the streetscape of Main St. I’m really looking forward to see what they do next.
Patrick Meier, who is one of the founding members of Symbiotic, is also a talented painter whose work I’ve featured before.
Ditto. I wish the sidewalk could be that lively more often. We need more reasons to hang out in the streets.

I would love to see more pictures of Final Fridays. Thats one of the biggest things that I miss about Cincinnati.
