This barely-there ghost sign is on 13th St. and Brackett Alley, on the side of one of my favorite buildings in OTR. Loves it.
I see the word “wall paper”, but not much else.
This reminds me that one interesting thing you can often find when rehabbing is signatures on the bare plaster by wallpaper hangers. They often leave their mark on the uppermost floor, in the front room.
